Summer and Part-Time Job as a Salesperson at FOREX in Borås

Are you a driven and communicative person who enjoys working with sales and currency? Do you want an exciting and developing job where you can help customers on their journey? Then this could be the summer and part-time job for you!

At FOREX, it’s busy during the summer, with many customers wanting to exchange currency and get tips for their travels. We are now looking for Salespeople to assist us during the summer (June-August), and there are also good opportunities to continue working part-time for the rest of the year.

We would like you to be available for an introduction in March/April and to work extra during the spring and throughout the summer.

The positions are for our store in Borås.

Your Responsibilities

As a Salesperson at FOREX, you will be involved in all steps of the sales process and help customers find the right currency and services for their needs. You will contribute to a fantastic customer experience and create results by selling our products and currency. Together with your team, you will work to achieve the store's sales goals.

Examples of Responsibilities:

• Sell currency and other FOREX services
• Provide excellent customer service and keep the customer in focus
• Follow our internal routines and keep the store organized
• Contribute to keeping the store clean and organized

Our Expectations of You

We are looking for someone with a business mindset, who is solution-oriented and has a passion for providing customers with the best service. You are driven by achieving goals and enjoy working together with others to achieve results.

To thrive in this role and perform at your best, we see that you have the following experiences:

• Sales Experience: Previous experience in retail or sales, where you have worked towards individual sales targets and provided customers with a good experience. Experience from a service or sales role where customer satisfaction has been a focus is particularly valuable.
• Customer Service: You have experience working with customer service and are used to handling customer interactions in a professional and service-oriented manner.
• Communication Skills: You can communicate clearly in both Swedish and English. Additional language skills are a plus.
• Technical Proficiency: You have experience using computers and cash register systems. Good IT skills are important, especially when it comes to handling payments and transactions.
• Financial Knowledge (preferred): Basic knowledge of economics, currency markets, or financial services is a plus.
• Teamwork: You have experience working in teams and contributing to achieving common goals.
